HIRUZTA BODEGA is a family winery that has recovered the ancient tradition of producing Txakoli in Hondarribia, the cradle of the native grape varieties used to produce this wine: the Hondarrabi Zuri and Beltza.
Based on this symbolic-cultural added value, the company produces a range of five Txakolis on the 11 hectares of vineyards that, planted on trellises, occupy a privileged south-facing location, where they can enjoy the sun and the sea breeze from the Jaizkibel Cliffs.
They produce their personal type of Txakoli, taking the domestic and international panorama by storm. An example of Basque wine tourism, their products target private individuals and companies alike, and include guided tours as well as a restaurant in the winery building.
