CARNICAS MIROTZ, S.L.
Cárnicas Mirotz, S.L. was established in 1991, and, throughout its existence has been focusing on pork products.
It currently operates two production centres, one in Aguilar of Codés (Navarre), where it prepares cured sausages, and another in Vitoria (Álava), where it cuts the pork, cures ham, and produces sliced products. This is also the location of its warehouses and central offices.
Cárnicas Mirotz monitors quality throughout the entire production process (it operates a HACCP system), so that end customers can enjoy the best flavour on their tables, while caring for their health.
The company uses a global management system that ensures the traceability of the processes, which are also certified under the international IFS standard.
