LEARTIKER TECNOLOGÍA DE ALIMENTOS
Leartiker S.Coop is a technological centre belonging to the Basque Network of Science, Technology, and Innovation (RVCTI) that specialises in Food Technology and Polymers. It is based in the Polo de Inovación of Markina- Xemein (Bizkaia) and employs a team of highly qualified researchers.
The Food Technology Department’s mission is to help companies in the area to cooperate in developing products to improve their competitiveness.
Leariker S.Coop provides advice and support for companies in the food sector to improve and diversify their products and to seek new opportunities in the market. It also offers services related to the implementation of quality assurance systems, as well as analytical services aimed at monitoring the sensorial, nutritional and microbiological (useful life) quality of food.
