Located in Larrabetzu, 15 km from Bilbao, Delicass was established in the late 1980s to meet the needs of a growing number of consumers wishing to try the most select and authentic food products. Over time, it specialised in preparing duck-based products.
The company traces the product at all times, as it runs its own farms, abattoir, and processing plant.
It makes fresh duck products (fresh foie gras, magret, fillets, confit), semi-preserves (whole foie gras, micuit, foie gras cubes, legs, legs in confit, mousse), and duck preserves (whole foie gras, foie gras cubes, legs in confit, mousse). All products are allergen free (no eggs, dairy or gluten is used) and they are overseen by FACE.
The company holds the following certifications: OHSAS 18001, ISO14001 and IFS (International Food Standard).
