BRIOCHE PASQUIER RECONDO, S.L.
Pasquier was established in 1974 based on a small traditional French bakery that specialised in pastries. At that point, the brands “Brioche Pasquier” and “Pitch” were created and five production plants were built.
In 1992 it began to diversify into cakes, with the acquisition of three production plants and the construction of two new ones.
In 1998 the company established four subsidiaries in Europe and in 2001, with the acquisition of Recondo in Irún (Gipuzkoa), it began to produce and sell dry bread-making products, followed by the acquisition of another three bread-making plants and the construction of two more, and another one in Irún, totalling 250 employees and four productions lines between both factories.
